Our Fly Now—Pay Later Package allows you to reserve a Residential or Commercial Real Estate Photo Flight with a small deposit payment, and if you decide to purchase three or more images we’ll apply your deposit to the balance due.

What does the Deposit Cover?
Your deposit payment secures a licensed pilot for your flight, the pre-flight planning process, airspace research required for your requested flight location, as well as travel and insurance for the flight.
Is the deposit refundable?
All of our flights, including our Fly Now—Pay Later Packages are 100% fully refundable if; 1) federal airspace restrictions conflict with your requested flight location, or 2) our scheduling conflicts with your required flight dates.
Weather-related delays and cancellations are not eligible for refunds but do receive priority rebooking at no-charge.
How do I pay for photos after the flight?
Upon the conclusion of your flight, our team will begin to post-process your images and will provide you a link to view your images on the web within 48 hours. Here you can view all images captured during your flight, and select the ones you’d like to purchase for download. You let us know which images you’d like to purchase, and we’ll send you an invoice you can pay online via credit card and download your images.

2 Images = $225

How many photos am I required to purchase?
None. You’re under no obligation to purchase any of the images captured during your flight. Alternatively, you can purchase as many or as few of the images as you like (á la carte images prices listed above).
Who owns the rights to the images?
PAM retains exclusive copyrights to any and all images captured during flight, whether you decide to purchase them or not. We include our Unlimited Persona Use License with all á la carte images purchased at no charge. The exclusive copyrights to images captured during your flight are available for purchase for an additional cost. Contact us for more details.
Licensing Options
UNLIMITED PERSONAL USE
This license grants the purchaser unlimited personal usage rights of the final captured and/or edited images.
Includes original data files.
PAM retains the original copyright on any images captured and reserves the right to use those images for the marketing and promotion of its business.
EXCLUSIVE COPYRIGHT
With this option, PAM will relinquish all rights, and grant the purchaser the exclusive copyright to any and all images captured during their flight(s), for any and all use.

WHAT TO EXPECT WITH YOUR FLIGHT RESERVATION
• 72hrs prior: Confirmation/Weather Report
• 24hrs prior: Email Reminder
• Flight Day: PIC/Crew will arrive onsite 45–60 mins prior to your scheduled flight time.
• The Remote PIC will greet the property owner/lister (if present) and discuss any additional photo/video requirements/exclusions.
• PIC/Crew will do a pre-flight walkthrough of the property to identify any potential obstacles or obstructions and designate a safe take-off and landing zone.
• PIC will address any last-minute weather and/or on-site flight safety issues with the property owner/lister.
• PIC will prepare for take-off with a series of environment, aircraft, and crew pre-flight checks.
• PIC will proceed with the mission, capturing photo and video of your home/property.
• If you've selected the Premium Package, the pilot will also proceed to capture photos and /or video of the area surrounding your property. *Note this footage is often gathered in advance and/or after your scheduled shoot.
• Post-Flight: An email will be sent to the property/owner as confirmation that the mission was a success, explaining the delivery process and retrieval of images, as well as when to expect them (usually within 48 hrs for stills, 3–5 days for video).
• Mission Complete!
SELECTING THE RIGHT FLIGHT & TRAVEL CHARGES
We provide aerial photography and videography services throughout much of the southwest, and only charge travel fees for flights originating 120+ miles from Las Vegas, NV and/or during civil twilight. Please select appropriately when booking your flight to avoid booking delays. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us via the chat feature in the bottom right of this page, and our reservation agent will be happy to verify your distance from Las Vegas prior to booking.

*Civil twilight is defined as the 30 minutes prior to sunrise, and the 30 minutes post-sunset.
